Bill was president of public and private companies in Canada and the United States.  In 1998 he purchased and was president of his own company.  He downsized that company in 2009 and started a second career in real estate.  Bill has been in real estate in Barrie for the last 8 years.

During his real estate career, Bill has worked in the GTA, Barrie and Muskoka.  He has been involved with the buying, selling and leasing of residential properties as well as, leasing commercial properties.  He has undertaken extensive training in many aspects of real estate including getting his Accredited Senior Agent designation to help seniors with their unique requirements.

Bill is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Barrie and is the Chairman of the Board of New Path Foundation.  New Path Foundation is a registered charity organization that owns buildings which the lease space, under favourable terms, to charitable organizations, particularly those involved with youth mental health.  New Path Foundation currently owns buildings in Barrie, Orillia and Collingwood.  Bill is also an active member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Barrie Golf and Country Club.
